What happens if I hit my quota?
Features show a usage message and prompt you to upgrade — there are no auto-charges. Quotas reset monthly.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Upgrades take effect immediately with proration; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
What's your refund policy?
Cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge for a full refund, processed within 2 business days.
Do you offer team seats?
Max includes 3 seats. For 5+ seats we offer custom invoicing with a discount — contact support.
Is there annual pricing?
