Terms & Conditions

1. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use FreelanceLeadPro. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your password secure.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free plan: 5 lead searches per month, basic features. No credit card required.
• Pro / Max plans: monthly or annual billing. You can cancel anytime — service continues until end of current billing period.
• Prices listed exclude any applicable taxes.
• Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if you have used less than 10% of your plan's quota.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at the original rate for one billing cycle.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.)
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person or business
• Scrape, mirror, or replicate the Service or its data for competing purposes
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Exceed your plan's quota through automated tools or multiple accounts

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Lead Data Accuracy

Lead information surfaced by FreelanceLeadPro comes from third-party sources (Google Places, OpenStreetMap, public web). We do our best to verify accuracy but make NO guarantee that:

• Phone numbers, emails, or websites are still active
• Businesses are still operating
• Contact details belong to decision-makers

You are responsible for verifying any contact info before outreach and for complying with anti-spam regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. AI-Generated Content

Email pitches, website copy, audit narratives, and other AI-generated content are produced by language models. We make no representations about their accuracy or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output before sending it externally.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, and brand, is our property. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it according to these Terms. Lead data and AI-generated content you create through the Service belong to you — but the underlying tools and models do not.

7. AI-Generated Websites

When you generate a demo website using our AI Website tool, the resulting site is hosted on our infrastructure under a shareable URL. You may use the generated content for client pitches. Stock images come from Unsplash under their license; replace before production use if your client requires exclusive imagery.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, third-party API outages (Google Places, Anthropic, etc.), or data loss caused by infrastructure failures. Always export your data periodically.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account anytime from Account Settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period (no pro-rated refund unless required by law).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us during that period

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to: spam complaints, copyright violations from your custom content, or misuse of contact data we surface.

12. Anti-Spam Compliance

You are solely responsible for compliance with email marketing laws in your country and the recipient's country (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, PECR, etc.). At minimum:

• Include a valid physical address in every email
• Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 days
• Do not impersonate other senders
• Do not send to addresses on global blocklists

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email and on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, it will proceed to arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan.
